Refine Modify Dross Flux
1. Apply to the refining or refining-modifying treatment of pure aluminum and aluminum alloys (Mg≤2%). 2. 250g/tablet, 20kg/carton.
1.Properties Features:
(1). Excellent degassing and drossing function, effectively remove impurity and hydrogen in the molten aluminum, strip off the dross easily, and less aluminum in the dross.
(2). Excellent modifying function, optimizing & refining the morphology and distribution of eutectic silicon, and improving mechanical properties.
(3). During its using process, has both stirring function to the molten aluminum since ZS-AJB1 cause the molten aluminum to roll.
(4). No toxic gas or obvious smoke in the process. It is harmless to workers, equipments and environmental.
